格萊美獎是由美國國家科學院錄音藝術與科學學院于1958年主辦的音樂類獎項，與奧斯卡金像獎、艾美獎和托尼獎共稱為美國年度四大娛樂獎項。格萊美音樂獎涵蓋流行、搖滾、R&B、說唱、古典等多種音樂類型，涉及年度專輯獎、年度制作獎等獎項，并由專業(yè)人士投票決定獎項獲得者。
2023年2月6日，第65屆格萊美音樂獎獲獎名單正式公布，其中阿黛爾憑《Easy on Me》獲得最佳流行歌手，哈里·斯泰爾斯憑借《Harry's House》獲年度專輯獎，年度新人獎則被Smara Joy斬獲。值得一提的是，天后碧昂絲獲得了最佳傳統(tǒng)R&B歌手等四項大獎，獎杯總數(shù)達到32座，打破已故匈牙利指揮家喬治·索爾第保持的紀錄，成為歷史上獲格萊美獎次數(shù)最多的人。
